RON DUGGAN, Owner
Ron, his wife Nicole and children, are longtime residents of the Lake of the Ozarks.  Since Ron began Sunrise Abstracting & Title Services, Inc., it has grown to include not only the title insurance portion of the business, but also real estate closings. 

Ron is an avid supporter of the Lake Area serving with many civic and business organizations , including Lake of the Ozarks West Chamber of Commerce, Camdenton R-III School Board, Laurie/Sunrise Beach Rotary Club, Lake of the Ozarks Water Safety Council,  BNI – Buccaneers, and of course, Lake of the Ozarks Shootout.  In addition to Sunrise Title, Ron also owns Captain Ron’s Bar and Grill, Cannon Smoked Saloon and Scallywag’s, giving him the name “Captain Ron”. 

In his spare time (he makes time) he enjoys coaching sports for his children, including a traveling basketball team.  Nicole works alongside him in all the businesses.  His sons Michael and Mark, with his wife, Sara, live in Kansas City.  Colton and Brooklyn attend Camdenton Elementary and Mariah attends school in Eldon.  In all that Ron does he always makes time for his family.

SHARLA SILVA, Closing Manager
Originally from the Kansas City area, has made the lake her home for over 14 years.  She brings 18 years of real estate experience  to our company, including holding her real estate and brokers license in Kansas City, underwriting and closing loans at bank in the lake area and currently the closing manager at Westside Escrow.  Sharla has over 11 years with Ron Duggan Companies, handling all closing/escrow transactions. 

Sharla and her husband Phil have been married for 14 years and have a 9 year old daughter who attends Hurricane Deck Elementary, her daughters school and sports activities keep her busy.   During Sharla’s time off her favorite pastime is fishing, especially for big catfish.

TRICIA MORRIS, General Manager
With over 30 years in the title insurance business, Tricia has a vast knowledge of the lake area properties, including issues that are unique to the Lake of the Ozarks area.  

Tricia and her husband Kent, are proud to make the “Westside” their home.  Her daughter, Amanda, is currently a teacher in the Eldon School District and son, Adam, manages Pirate’s Point Gas Dock, which he has been involved with since he was 9.   While working for Sunrise Title she has had the opportunity to learn all the processes that are involved in the title insurance portion of the transaction.   She finds her job both challenging and rewarding. 

A current member of the BNI Buccaneers, Lake West Chamber of Commerce and Laurie/Sunrise Beach Rotary Club and in her spare time she enjoys being with her family and friends, while boating or spending a quiet day on the lake.
